Here I go into ingredients, and instructions on making 3 delicious Mint Tea Blends right at home, along with growing mint in your home garden.

Growing Mint in your Home Garden

Growing & Drying Mint

Mint is a great everyday herb, and is known to help with digestive issues, headaches, and releasing stress.

It is easy planting mint, so long as it’s grown in an enclosed pot that is resistant to cracking.

Mint is invasive in a vegetable garden and a large, enclosed pot with no drainage holes will make sure it does not invade your garden of veggies over the many years it will grow.

Fill the pot with fertile soil and fertilize once a year. Place the pot in a sunny spot, water regularly and mint will happily grow at a fast pace.

I will also mention that mint is easy to grow in an organic garden, since mint is resistant to many diseases and pests and requires zero spraying or very much maintenance.

When harvesting mint, it’s best to cut them before they go to seed.

Simply cut at the base of the stem, then hang dry or use a dehydrator.

For tea, you can use leaves and stems.

Mint, hang drying in the summer; then comes late autumn and it’s taken down to be enjoyed through the winter
